

Paul was promoted to an Associate Partner role in late 2018, then promoted again to Partner, of the Amarillo Office in 2019. Paul enjoyed early success with two consecutive Executive Councils awards, Annuity Elite award, Career Life Success award, and Life Allstar award. With encouragement from family and friends, he began his career with New York Life in 2017 as an agent. He managed business for Sears, Roebuck and Company for over fifteen years, at six locations. Paul then proceeded to work in a fast-paced business environment. Paul is native to West Texas/Eastern New Mexico area and grew up in Clovis, NM. He studied business at Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico. Texas Tech University is near and dear to his heart. degree in Management Information Systems in 2003 and earning his M.B.A. He is a proud Alumnus of Texas Tech University, graduating with a B.B.A. Rolando is married to Christina and they have 3 wonderful children - Ysabel, Isaiah, and Ariana.
